Opposite of a normal auction, Ashley x Descend uses a descending auction format, where prices fall over time. But don’t let them fall too far otherwise someone else may buy the item before you do!

While we’re limited to select regions of Canada, everyone within those regions can shop Ashley x Descend regions.

Ashley x Descend is perfect for those who are seeking great deals on final sale furniture. Regardless of if you are interested in buying individual pieces for your home or in bulk to resell, Ashley x Descend has auctions available for you.

Each auction allows you to either (1) ‘Buy Now’ at the currently offered, or (2) ‘Bid’ at the price you’d be willing to pay for the item.

The first person to Buy Now or whose Bid falls within the descending price point (the highest bidder), wins the item and their order is processed. This continues until the auction’s inventory is depleted or the price falls to the reserve price.

Ashley x Descend not only offers you choice in how to buy, but also offers an online-only catalog of products shipped directly from Ashley’s distribution centers. Unlike on www.AshleyHomestore.ca, shoppers aren’t restricted to perfect condition items on Ashley x Descend. Not only can you buy brand new goods, but also lightly loved or repaired goods where you can view actual photos of imperfections to decide what price works best for you.

Our team of certified furniture repair technicians ensure that products sold on Ashley x Descend are thoroughly examined. All products are professionally cleaned and sanitized using an ion cleaning process. Any necessary repairs are made using factory parts ordered directly from the manufacturer. A bid wins if it is greater than or equal to the most recent price drop (within the "price drop zone"). In the event of a tie, the oldest bid wins. The auction continues until it runs out of inventory.

In the event that you win, you will receive an order confirmation email notifying you that you won the auction, your payment will be processed, and our customer service team will contact you when your product is available to schedule delivery.

If there is an issue with your payment, your bid will be void and you will not win the item. The auction will continue on to the next highest bidder.

In the event that the auction sells out and you were out bid, you will be notified that the auction has ended and you will not be charged.

You will NOT see a hold on your credit card, and your credit card will NOT be charged unless you win an auction.

In the event that you win the auction, your credit card will be charged for the order. If there is an issue with your payment, your bid will be void and you will not win the item. The auction will continue on to the next highest bidder.

The products on Ashley x Descend were or are available in Ashley Homestores and/or the Ashley Canada website. The products that are available on Ashley x Descend will vary in condition from what you see if available in the store or on the Ashley Canada website.
